Ice cream is loved by everyone, but the enthralling process of preparing the rolled ice cream is really an adventure. Thai style rolled ice cream comes in different flavours.
The BANANA SPLIT is made with three separate unique base flavors with each fruit chopped in, banana, pineapple, strawberry, topped with whipped topping, chocolate syrup, nuts, and then served in a delicious cherry on top.
The CARAMEL APPLE is a flavoured ice cream, drizzled with caramel on the inside, then rolled up and topped with more caramel. It tastes just like a caramel covered apple like at the fair.
The S’MORES is prepared a chocolate ice cream prepared with graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallows mixed in, and topped with marshmallow fluff or toasted marshmallow. Some people consider it the favourite of all time!
The MANGO SPICE is vanilla ice cream with mango, lime juice, and cayenne pepper, topped with whipped topping and lime zest. This is my own favourite!
MONKEY NUT is of vanilla flavour, mixed in with bananas. A thin layer of Nutella is applied before ice cream is rolled, topped with whipped topping, chocolate drizzle, and sprinkled with cocoa and nuts.
Then comes the JENNY’S CARAMEL MACHIATO, a coffee based ice cream, drizzled with creamy caramel and our house blend special cream inside the rolls, then topped with more cream, whipped topping, and more caramel. It is pure heaven in a bowl.
What about the CAREBEAR cotton candy flavoured rolled ice cream? It is topped with marshmallow fluff, whipped topping, one of the ice scrapers original creations and magic dust. This special has become an instant sensation!
Finally is the PIKACHU special, which is a vanilla rolled ice cream, mixed with lemon and poppy seeds, topped with whipped topping, lemon zest, and drizzled with chocolate syrup. It could be so addictive and you will always want more.
